As the representative peak of the Yeongnam Alps, it offers a wide view of the Ulsan mountainous terrain along the ridge connecting Ganwoljae and Sinbuljae. The difficulty and duration vary by route, so plan according to the pace of the slowest member in your group.

This peak provides views of the mountain ridges between Ulsan and Yangsan, extending south of Sinbulsan. Adding a stay at a recreation forest allows you to experience the morning and evening forests at a leisurely pace.

The ridge experiences different weather than the city, with strong winds, fog, and rapid temperature drops. Rather than sneakers, opt for shoes with good grip and a windproof layer, and bring drinking water and a portable charger, while avoiding venturing off the trail into the grass fields. The valley can see rapid increases in water flow even after the rain stops, and the rocks around waterfalls can be slippery.
