An Actual Viewing Location Capturing the Sea, Port, and Sky from Different Angles
The sunset in Sentosa doesn’t look the same from every beach. At Siloso Beach to the west, the port and cable cars come into view, while at Palawan and Tanjong, the horizon and palm trees dominate the scene. From the high skywalk, the forest and strait blend into one picture. This list highlights actual filming spots that were chosen not just for their fame but for the different angles and scenery they offer.

Fort Siloso Skywalk
At Fort Siloso Skywalk, you can capture the waterways, port, and cable cars from a high viewpoint on Sentosa’s west side. There are more layers in the scenery than at the beach, and compressing boats and structures with a telephoto lens will yield a different mood for sunset photos.
The elevated walkway is sensitive to wind and lightning, so if weather controls begin, you must follow staff instructions and come down immediately. Imbiah Lookout is more of a region encompassing multiple facilities and walking spaces on a sloped hill rather than a single viewpoint. Before shooting, find an open spot on the public walkway, and do not mistake the interiors of shops or paid facilities for free viewing spaces.
Waiting for the moment when the cable car passes through the frame can add movement to a static landscape. Conversely, for portrait shots, it's cleaner to avoid complex signs and use the waterways as a background.
