This underwater royal tomb was created in accordance with King Munmu’s desire to be a dragon protecting the sea even after death. It is also known as 'Daewangam' and remains in a rock island form.
Renowned as a sunrise spot, many people visit to see the beautiful sunrise rising above the waves crashing on the rocks.
Since the seaside attractions are somewhat distant from the city center, it’s efficient to plan your route in advance. Catching the sunrise and sunset will enhance your experience even more.
