5 Concerts and Festivals for Your December Year-End Plans
Jaurim, Kyuhyun, J.Y. Park, Nell and stages by many bands
All of these events have shows in December 2026, and Nell also performs on January 1 and 2, 2027. We've listed start times by date, seated and standing options and age requirements so you can easily compare with your companions. This list doesn't guarantee available seats or that particular songs will be played, so once you find a show you like, check remaining seats and the latest announcements on the official ticketing site.
Jaurim MIDNIGHT EXPRESS 2026-2027 – Seoul
Jaurim 〈MIDNIGHT EXPRESS 2026-2027〉 — Seoul
If you want to wrap up the year with a band sound, check out Jaurim's solo concert in Seoul. 〈MIDNIGHT EXPRESS 2026-2027〉 takes place December 18–20 at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park. It starts at 8 p.m. on Friday, 6 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday, so your choice will depend on whether you're going after work or making it a weekend outing.
The official running time is 120 minutes, and the show is open to ages 8 and up. SR seats are 154,000 won, and R seats and standing are 143,000 won each, so book carefully between seats and the standing area. If you choose standing, read the entry procedures and timing in the ticketing notice first. Within Olympic Park, this venue is Olympic Hall, not KSPO DOME. Rather than assuming a particular signature song will definitely be played, prepare based on the published show information.
KYUHYUN CONTINUE IN SEOUL
Kyuhyun 〈CONTINUE〉 IN SEOUL
The Seoul leg of Kyuhyun's Asia tour 〈CONTINUE〉 runs for three days at Jangchung Arena. Each show starts at a different time: Friday, December 18 at 8 p.m., Saturday the 19th at 6 p.m. and Sunday the 20th at 5 p.m. That makes it easy for those who want a relaxed weekend evening and those who want to catch a show after work to choose according to their own rhythm.
The ticketing site lists the age requirement as 8 and up and the running time as 120 minutes. Floor seats are 154,000 won and R seats are 143,000 won; check the seating chart for the actual sections and sightlines. In arena shows, the angle and distance to the stage can vary even within the same price tier, so it's best not to guess a seat's location from its tier name alone. Before paying, double-check your companions' eligibility and the date you chose, and plan your visit to Jangchung Arena with the trip home after the show in mind.
J.Y. Park Concert WET
J.Y. Park Concert 〈WET〉
If you want to spend your Christmas plans at a concert, consider J.Y. Park's 〈WET〉. It takes place December 24–26 at Olympic Hall, starting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Christmas Eve, and at 5 p.m. on Christmas Day and Saturday. This difference in start times is a practical guide when deciding whether to have dinner first or meet up after the show.
Seats are listed as SR 165,000 won, R 143,000 won and S 121,000 won, and the show is open to ages 7 and up. Don't assume from the title alone that water will be sprayed or that there are audience participation segments; follow the show and entry information on the official ticketing page. Around Christmas, getting around the park area and waiting for restaurants can take longer, so it's more comfortable not to pack your plans too tightly. This time the venue is Olympic Hall inside Olympic Park, so check the venue name on the map as well.
Goodbye, Hello in NELL’S ROOM 2026
Nell's 〈Goodbye, Hello in NELL’S ROOM 2026〉 runs from December 31 into the first weekend of the new year. It's not a one-off on the last day of the year; there are also shows on January 1 and 2, 2027, so you can choose between the year's end and the new year. The December 31 show starts at 7:30 p.m., and the two January shows start at 6 p.m.
According to the official information, the running time is 120 minutes, so don't take the December 31 show to mean it runs until the midnight countdown. The ticketing site lists the show for ages 8 and up, with R seats at 165,000 won, S seats at 143,000 won and A seats at 121,000 won. The venue is Jamsil Students' Gymnasium at 25 Olympic-ro, a different building from Jamsil Arena despite the similar name. Check the seating chart and entry route before booking, and make sure to select the correct year-end or new year show on the booking screen.
COUNTDOWN FANTASY 2026-2027
If you'd rather pick and choose from many bands' stages than see a single act's solo concert, COUNTDOWN FANTASY is a good fit. It's an indoor music festival on December 31 at Halls 7 and 8 of KINTEX Exhibition Center 2, running three stages over one day. The first lineup announced includes Silica Gel, FTISLAND, HYUKOH and THE SOLUTIONS, so you can plan around the acts that suit your taste.
A one-day pass is 121,000 won, and all seating is unreserved. Since you won't stay in a numbered seat all day, plan for moving between stages and taking breaks. The running order and set times will follow the timetable to be released later, so don't read the current lineup as the stage order. Before booking, check the entry and re-entry rules and what to bring, and think about how you'll get home at the end of the year too. Even within KINTEX, be sure to distinguish it from shows at Exhibition Center 1.
Not every December 31 show runs until midnight. Distinguish Nell's show times from the festival's final timetable, and look into year-end public transport and ways to get home in advance. With a quick list of things to prepare, you can relax and focus on the stage and the music on the day.
